This newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath home has an open floorpan with views overlooking the lake. Relax in the screened in porch and take in the amazing sunsets. Hang out in the game room with pool table, dart board and two sofa beds (game room is detached from the home with a separate entrance). Cook your favorite meals in the large open kitchen with full size appliances and cookware.
Cast a line off the dock or use the boat lift to secure your boat during your stay. Two paddle boards and one kayak are provided for your use.
The property features include propane grill and pellet smoker, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and WiFi.
Located just 50 minutes East of Dallas and 45 minutes North of Canton Trade days.

Summary: Second time staying here. The house was just as clean the second time. I am not sure you could beat the sunset views over the lake right from the comfort of the living room or dining room. The host is also very helpful and available if needed. Very cozy!

Summary: This property delivered the perfect lake house experience. The house was super clean, was nicely updated, with very comfy beds and furniture.The screened in porch was awesome, the grounds are well manicured, and the dock was great to fish off of. I can’t say enough good things about this property.

Summary: My family had the best time ever. The kids can swim and the fishing was the best. Everything was perfect. Very spacious and clean. Grill and smoker in backyard, and lights at the dock so you can fish at night. I'm 100% coming back! Best time ever.

Summary: House was perfect. Only two things to improve on , lights on dock by water font work and trash from previous guest was there and really smelled but everything else was perfect. We will be nack with grandkids for summer campout.

Summary: Wanted a weekend of relaxing and fishing. Weather didnt cooperate, it was windy and very cold. But, we fished on anyway. Great covered dock. Caught plenty of catfish, some nice ones going 8-9 lbs. Our house for the weekend was great, very clean and very roomy for 4 adults and 2 young boys. Loved the added garage area for pool table and couches for lounging. This is a very nice and everything updated. With plenty of room. We will be back !!

Summary: The place was spotless when we arrived. The host checked in a couple of times to ensure we were comfortable which I greatly appreciated. I gave the description 4 stars because I didn’t feel like the pictures did it justice. It was definitely a cute cabin. She had ample towels and the kitchen had all the conveniences of home! We will visit again!
